ABOUT ME!
I've recently won Best Actor Award at the only Oscar Qualifying South Asian Film Festival in the world; Tasveer Film Festival in Seattle. I am a trained Actor and Social Impact Film Producer based in Los Angles, New York and Atlanta. I was born in Lahore, Pakistan, moved to New York City in my teens.
I have brought to life a wide range of roles on screen. From portraying a sarcastic store owner to an ill-mannered hearse driver to a thick-skinned CEO, a fake astrologer, and an Italian pizza guy, I have showcased my talent and versatility in 15 short films, 1 feature film, and 2 web series.
I remember as a kid growing up in Pakistan my father and mother would rent me movies of Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy, Bollywood Dance numbers and Hollywood action movies. When I was 6 years old, my first ever role was playing an Afghani Girl (in an all boys school) and then by 9 I played Charlie Chaplin in Pakistan.
I had studied Sandy Meisner technique for 2.5 years, Uta Hagen and Stella Adler for a year. I have also studied Alexander, Knight Thompson, Fitzmaurice and Linklater body, speech and voice work.
I have also directed five short films focusing on social issues such as Parkinson's disease, Domestic Violence, Racism and Caregiving. One of my films, "My Angel My Hero", has been screened in 26 film festivals worldwide.

He pretends to be all cocky when discussing her in front of his geek friends, but becomes speechless when facing her in person. He finally gets confronted by Lea when she finds out that he is truly in love with her but doesn't have the audacity to ask her out.
Frank, Middle Management
Frank is a regional manager of a community bank. He says he was the best sales manager of his time which isn’t true. He got to management by pure luck as no one wanted to take up the challenge of leading the most struggling branch of the bank. He knows this branch will be closing soon so he is trying to make the best of it by trying to make everyone happy by introducing silly holidays and traditions. He thinks he is the savior of his employees, but he is a true deceiver as he will be heading to headquarters after the shutdown of the branch.
Michael, a Trustworthy Dad
Michael has always been a fun dad. He is easy-going and light but can be overly protective of his only daughter. He wanted to be a lawyer growing up but due to financial struggle he couldn’t and now as a father his intensity is coming out. He wants his daughter to be a lawyer as he thinks that’s the best path for his daughter's future. But his daughter truly wants to be a baseball player. Frank rejects the notion as he thinks his daughter has no future in sports. His daughter has been practicing and been selected for little league with help of her mother. Will Frank get over his pride and support his daughter?
Alfy, a Narcissist Salesman
A manipulative, fast-moving, faster-talking sales executive, he galvanized and shaped the sales force of a small blue-collar town. He is a brash, bullish, egoistic and narcissistic manager whose primary focus is to increase sales numbers for his company rather than taking care of his employees. He doesn’t fear anything but his senior management. He works 65+ hours every week and never has a normal life outside his office. He prefers big fat bonus checks to spending time with his family.
Tony, a Rogue Survivor
Tony is a family man and a professional hitman. He's a complex, morally-gray character, and that is exactly what makes him a very effective leader. He is very likable but guilty of many crimes. With recent events he has gone rogue against his own two best friends and stooges and now it's all about survival for himself and his family. He is very compassionate and fair to others, but when it comes to his own survival he has no conscience, remorse, and compassion for others.
